Each year, the History Makers Gala recognizes community leaders whose life-long contributions of time and talents have made McLean County a better place to live. The Gala itself is an evening of fun, spent in community, with good food, storytelling, and even better company.

The 2025 History Makers Gala, which also serves as the Annual Meeting of the McLean County Historical Society, will take place on the evening of June 18 at the Brown Ballroom at Illinois State University.
